Housing Solutions is focused on meeting the housing needs of its customers through a wide range of unlicensed housing programs through the Single Point Of Access (SPOA) and Coordinated Entry processes in Erie County, as well as Tonawanda’s Emergency Solution’s Grant. With a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, individuals are empowered to find affordable, independent housing within their community, linked with supports appropriate to their unique wants and needs, and encouraged to reach their goals.

Individuals 18 years and older residing in Erie County, NY. To be referred to our housing program you need to complete a Single Point of Access (SPOA) thru the Erie County Department of Mental Health or/and thru Coordinated Entry.
